The Solution
nuSoft developed a cloud-based platform that centralized the customer’s network data. Using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as the backbone, nuSoft automated data acquisition and built efficient pipelines for processing and analysis. The solution integrated data from Riverbed’s Aternity and Cisco Meraki APIs and transformed it into actionable insights using Power BI.

- Extracted device health, application data, and network health alerts from Aternity’s REST API.

The unified BI platform provided four customers with three tiers of analytics:
